Alex Redhead is a specialist in Orthodontics, he qualified as a Dentist from King’s College School of Medicine and Dentistry (London) in 1990 and completed his period of vocational training in a General Dental family practice in Suffolk.
He was then appointed the Senior House Officer at the Bristol Dental Hospital in Paediatrics and Restorative Dentistry.
Following this, he was the Senior House Officer at the Royal Free Hospital in Maxillo – Facial Surgery. He then proceeded to his Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
He obtained his Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 1998 and also his Masters in Dental Science from Leeds University.He finds Orthodontics fascinating and feels very fortunate to be able to do a job which he really enjoys.
He is committed to providing comfortable, high-quality orthodontic treatment for all age groups of patient. His special areas of interest are complicated Orthodontic cases, and difficult cosmetic cases using invisible braces like lingual and invisalign appliances.
He is a member of The British orthodontic Society, The British Lingual Orthodontic Society and the British Dental Association. He enjoys walking, sailing and skiing.
