Qualification: BA(Hons) degree in Business Management and National Certificate in Dental Nursing.

Manisha is a  dedicated highly qualified member of the team. As General Manager, she aims to help patients throughout their treatment journey.

She is responsible for patient account management of the practice, personnel management, training, monitoring and maintaining high standards of service for the patients and CQC compliance.

Additionally, Manisha looks after the implementation of practice policies, handling patient complaints and monitoring CQC Compliance.

Married with 1 child, in her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and visiting new places.
