Early Treatment
Parents usually have many questions about orthodontic treatment for their children.
Ideally, children between the ages of 8-10 years should visit a registered specialist orthodontist for an assessment.
This age allows the Orthodontist to evaluate your child’s existing and incoming teeth and determine whether or not early treatment might be necessary.
Although treatment usually will not begin until one to five years after the initial evaluation, it is still helpful in determining whether your child has any problems with the jaw and teeth early, when they may well be easier to treat.

Smile in 5 Months
At Redhead Orthodontics, we have designed the ultimate Smile in 5 months programme using a simple invisible lingual hidden brace or a clear aligner system.
Smile in 5 months can be an ideal treatment to correct protruding teeth, close space in between teeth, straighten crooked or overlapping teeth, (e.g. overbites, underbites, crossbites or open bites).
So if you are looking for a fast, comfortable, aesthetically-pleasing way to straighten your teeth, then Smile in 5 months could be for you.
Facial Surgery
Orthognathic Surgery is corrective surgery of the jaws. Jaw surgery can make parts of your face more reasonable in size to improve your facial appearance and profile; which hopefully results in increased self-esteem and confidence.
You may be unhappy with a large, small or asymmetrical lower jaw (mandible) or upper jaw (maxilla).
Jaw surgery can enhance the effects of facelifts, neck lifts, fillers, lip position and fullness, by addressing not only the soft tissue but the supporting facial skeleton and the teeth.
Redhead Orthodontics works with colleagues across the various specialities to achieve these optimal results.
